Draft policy rules tariff regulation unbundled fibre access
This document is an English translation of the published "ontwerp beleidregels tariefregulering ontbundelde glastoegang" that has been published for consultation the 24th of November.
The draft policy rules contains the pricing principles that the OPTA commission is proposing for the price regulation of unbundled fibre. These principles are a balance between encouraging fibre-investments and fostering competition via open access.
